Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they’re received and typically ship within 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Area

We ship only within the continental United States. No international shipping or shipments to Alaska/Hawaii.

Shipping Costs

We do not offer free shipping. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Tracking Information

Shipping labels are printed via Shopify. Tracking is automatically emailed to you once your order ships.

Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup in Buffalo, NY. You'll receive an email with pickup instructions when your order is ready.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Our candy is delicate—especially items like Nerd Clusters, Jolly Ranchers, and Skittles. Despite our careful packaging, rough handling by shipping carriers often results in:

  • -Shattered or cracked candy
  • -Powder buildup inside containers
  • -Packages that look underfilled

To be clear: All containers are filled to the lid at the time of shipping. Any “underfilled” appearance is due to candy breaking down in transit.
We do not issue refunds or replacements for damage caused by shipping. By ordering, you accept these risks.
